Sometimes we see things in color

Sometimes in black and white

Sometimes we succumb to the darkness

Sometimes we bathe in the light

Sometimes we know what's wrong

Sometimes we know what's right

Sometimes we crumble in weakness

Sometimes we unleash our might

Sometimes we cower in fear

Sometimes we're brave enough to fight

Sometimes we're very perceptive

Sometimes we lose sight

Sometimes our judgments are cloudy

But mostly, they're clear and bright

Sometimes we're cruel for no reason

But most of the time, we know how to be polite

Sometimes we think that we're not good enough

But our presence alone would suffice

Sometimes we lose ourselves in guilt

Other times,

We enjoy the rewards with great delight

Things might happen tomorrow

Or they might happen tonight

But if you hold your head up high 

And have faith
